The Guardian interview with Seth back in May, during his appearance at The Guardian sponsored Hay-on-Wye literature festival, is featured on this week’s Guardian Music Weekly podcast. You can listen online or download it as an MP3.

Seth’s slot is first up. It’s a good long interview, covering musical influences, directions, song-writing styles and other serious subjects. Lots of clips from Poor Man’s Heaven and, most interestingly, from ‘Coppinger’, a new track not on the album and currently only available as a download from iTunes. Plus stick around for a fantastic, full live version of ‘Hurlers’ right at the end of the podcast, around the 29min mark.
